North Carolina Campus Compact聽is a collaborative network of聽36 colleges and universities聽with a shared commitment to educating engaged citizens and strengthening communities. Guided by an Executive Board聽of presidents and chancellors, the Compact provides information, resources, recognition, and professional development opportunities to help faculty, staff, and students build the 鈥渆ngaged campus,鈥� where student learning is connected to community life. Founded in 2002, the Compact is one of 34 state and regional affiliates of the聽national Campus Compact聽network, which includes more than 1,000 college and university leaders.
