Your Next Steps

Log into the and complete the Enrollment Confirmation Form and submit your Enrollment Deposit. Deposits are due before your start term: 

  • Fall: August 1
  • Spring: December 1
  • Summer: May 1 


The non-refundable deposit will be applied toward your tuition upon enrollment.

Set up a meeting with your program advisor to plan your program and register for classes. You will receive an email with your advisor’s contact information.

Please note that your enrollment deposit must be received and processed before your registration can be completed.

You will be assigned a Á½ÐÔÉ«ÎçÒ¹ email after your confirmation form and deposit are received and processed. Technology Services will send your Á½ÐÔÉ«ÎçÒ¹ login information to the personal email address submitted on your application. Once you receive notification of your Á½ÐÔÉ«ÎçÒ¹ email activation, please check it frequently for important information. Your includes a timetable for when to expect your credentials.

In order to complete your required health forms and insurance information, you will need your Á½ÐÔÉ«ÎçÒ¹ email credentials to access the . Please submit your form(s) before the start of your entry term. Failure to submit by the college’s deadline will result in withdrawal from your classes.

After You Are Registered

Graduate students are considered commuter students and are required to have a parking decal to park on campus. This decal is purchased for the academic year (August through July) at the Campus Police Office. Please be ready to provide your plate number and vehicle information.

Acquire your free CamCard at the Campus Security Office. (Be forewarned: you will have your picture taken!) CamCards, the official Á½ÐÔÉ«ÎçÒ¹ ID, are issued to all students and employees of Á½ÐÔÉ«ÎçÒ¹ College. It is required to access all labs, and restricted buildings. If you wish, you can use it to access your spending account at various locations across campus (dining hall, Bee Hive, vending machines, copiers, printers, etc.); add funds to your CamCard via the Accounting Office.

Textbooks may be purchased online. You may also purchase other school-related items at the Á½ÐÔÉ«ÎçÒ¹ Supply Store located in the Cate Center. Store Hours: 8:30 a.m.–5 p.m. Monday through Friday. (Hours are subject to change throughout the year).
