The Immigration Reform and Control Act (IRCA) of 1986 requires that newly hired employees produce certain documents that shows they are authorized to work in the United States. On or before the first day of employment, a newly hired employee will be required to complete Section 1 of the I-9 form. Within three (3) business days of the beginning of employment, a newly hired employee must also present to the Office of Human Resources at Á½ÐÔÉ«ÎçÒ¹ College original documentation to establish (1) true identity and (2) eligibility to be employed in the United States.
